About us

The beautiful Lake Carmel Subdivision, located in New Orleans East, is a great community with approximately 400 (diverse population) single residential homes. Lake Carmel is situated within the perimeters of Bullard Avenue (west), Gannon Road (east), I-10 Service Road (south) and Morrison Road (north).
​
Our Goal is to assist in improving the quality of life of all our homeowners via security, education, community engagement, and reducing blight.

HOA Fees - $250 annually (collected by the City of New Orleans)

VEHICLE DECALS – For Lake Carmel Residents ONLY as verified by the address shown on the Driver’s License) and must be displayed on the vehicle windshield. Decals are NOT transferable.

SECURITY: Armed Guard Security Services are provided by Vigilant Protective Services, LLC – 504-261-6846 - Mr. Eric Lyles, Owner
MONTHLY MEETINGS:

3RD Wednesday of each month at 6; 00 pm, unless otherwise notified.

NOTE: Due to the COVID-19 Pandemic, all Lake Carmel Homeowners' meetings are held Virtually.
Meeting Announcements are Posted at the Security Guard Booth.
Meeting Notices with ZOOM link access to join the meetings are sent to the residents who have provided us with their email address.
