The beautiful Lake Carmel Subdivision, located in New Orleans East, is a great community with approximately 400 single residential homes with a diverse population. Lake Carmel is situated within the perimeters of Bullard Avenue (west), Gannon Road (east), I-10 Service Road (south), and Morrison Road (north). Our Goal is to assist in improving the quality of life of all our homeowners via security, education, community engagement, and reduction of blight. 

 

HOA Fees - $250 annually (collected by the City of New Orleans)

 

VEHICLE DECALS – For Lake Carmel Residents ONLY, as verified by the address shown on the Driver’s License. The DECALS must be displayed on each of the vehicle windshields and are NOT transferable. 

 

SECURITY: Armed Guard Security Services are provided by Vigilant Protective Services, LLC – 504-261-6846 - Mr. Eric Lyles, Owner.

 

MONTHLY MEETINGS: 1st Monday each Month at 6:00 pm, via ZOOM, unless otherwise notified. Meeting announcements are sent out to all homeowners via email. Notices are also posted at the Security booth 24 hours before the meeting date.
